This beautiful full remodeled carriage house includes a living room with tall vaulted ceilings and a skylight for ample natural light throughout, 1 bedroom with custom built in closet, 1 full bathroom and the kitchen with new cabinets and plenty of storage. The kitchen has been upgraded with all new appliances and butcher block countertops. The living room and bedroom have electric baseboard heating for fast heat on demand. Cooling in the home includes a new ceiling fan and a new window AC unit. This unit does not come equipped with a washer and dryer in unit, but our tenants take advantage of the super convenient laundry pick-up/delivery app services.
