Property Id: 2499552 This is a guest house on my property. It is a one of a kind house. It is surrounded by woods, has a stream you can see from the back deck, yet you can get to shopping and 5 star restaurants in 10 minutes. It's a good sized house(1350 s.f.) with an open floor plan. It has a large living area with 65" wall mounted Samsung Smart TV, mini split that heats and cools, tiled entryway, coat closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting and luxury vinyl flooring. You can take this furnished or unfurnished. Nice size dining room with ceiling fan. Fully Equipped kitchen has, stove microwave oven, dishwasher, double sink and refrigerator and pantry. There is a washer dryer installed, but you can bring your own if you wish. There is an eat in breakfast nook with skylight overhead. Skylight has remote controlled blind. The master suite has its own bathroom with tub/shower, tile floor, twin sink vanity with stone top and backlighted mirror. There are 3 closets and a ceiling mount Samsung TV, mini split and ceiling fan. 2nd bedroom is good size with a 6' closet, ceiling fan and a mini split. 2nd bath has walk in shower with tile floors and a vanity with stone top. Large deck with balcony and lighted Pergola off of living room and leads to 2 story gazebo, which is enclosed, lighted and has outlets. there is also a 10'x12' deck in the backyard. Also there is access to the Onion Mountain walking trails from the backyard. You can walk for miles on the trails and if you're in good shape you can walk to the top of Onion Mountain which has a spectacular view. The rent is $2200 per month, $2200 security deposit. I pay for water, sewer, garbage, recycling and internet. You pay for electricity, heat and hot water Max 4 people, 2 cars. The monthly income should be at least $6600.
