I have been living at Eagle Rock West Hartford for over a year and it has been a hoot! Michelle, the associate manager, is my angel in disguise - funny, caring, and always ready to help. Joe and John, the dynamic fix-it duo, are like ninjas; they swoop in and fix things before you even notice! There is only one problem with this place… It's so convenient that it might just delay your plans of buying your own place 🙈
