I have been living at Eagle Rock West Hartford for over a year and it has been a hoot! Michelle, the associate manager, is my angel in disguise - funny, caring, and always ready to help. Joe and John, the dynamic fix-it duo, are like ninjas; they swoop in and fix things before you even notice! There is only one problem with this place… It's so convenient that it might just delay your plans of buying your own place 🙈

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I spent the past two years of my life here and can guarantee that anyone looking to move into W Hartford will definitely enjoy living here. Location-wise, Eagle Rock is in a very good spot. It’s close to W Hartford’s downtown and the Westfarms mall area. In fact, you can drive to either place within 10 minutes. Eagle Rock is also right in front of Stop & Shop, making unplanned grocery trips very convenient. Not only that, there’s also a good assortment of restaurants right nextdoor and a CVS for any snacks or quick eats. If the hospital’s your jam, UCONN Health is right around the corner. There’s also a cool park within the West Hartford reservoir down the road. In terms of living, Eagle Rock is in a very quiet neighborhood with few disturbances to the peace. My neighbors were always quiet and never gave me a reason to complain. I could sleep every night knowing I wouldn’t be woken up by random thumps or loud cars in the night. If you want to escape rowdy, rambunctious neighbors, you’ll love it here. Heck, half the time you’ll wonder if you’re the only one living in the neighborhood. The units are spacious. I lived in a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen and bathroom. I had so much room, I was able to fit my old washer and dryer with enough room to spare. Near the end of my stay, I was able to see a studio unit, and I can say the same applies there, so you’ll have plenty of space for your belongings no matter what unit you get. Now, the big ones: maintenance and management. For me, these were never an issue. The office staff is very friendly and energetic and the maintenance staff is very quick to answer questions and address concerns. In my experience, the staff responded to inquiries within the same day and worked to fix any issues as soon as humanly possible. I always felt listened to and taken care of and am happy with this experience. Utilities were the same way; I never lost power during my stay here (in my unit at least, luckily) and always had reliable Internet and water. In all, I can definitely say I enjoyed my stay here. Given how reliable, safe, convenient, and downright comfortable this place is, I highly recommend Eagle Rock to anyone looking to move to West Hartford.
