The rental is located in Green Valley South area of Henderson in Chaparral Hills community. It is located close to many retail stores on Eastern and on Pecos and the 215 highway. The house has a great floor plan and vaulted ceilings in the living room, formal dining room, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs with full bath. The flooring throughout the house is easy to clean ceramic wood planking downstairs and golden oak planking upstairs. The kitchen has granite counter tops and the family room a cozy fireplace. Upstairs the residence has a large laundry room with a separate clothes folding and linen room. Check out the large walk in closest in the master bedroom along with the duel vanity dressing area. Window coverings and light fixtures are all new in the residence. Outside is a low maintenance yard with plenty of room outdoor furniture and yard get togethers.
