This new home is located in a newly developed gated community. The home has an extremely energy-efficient HERS rating thanks to 96% efficient furnaces, 16 SEER air conditioners, extra attic insulation, R-8 ductwork, insulated stem walls, and extra foaming and sealing, making a very tight house that will be easy on utility bills. All the appliances are new. There is wood-look tile throughout all of the main areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. The walls and trim are a modern light color! Fully fenced in the yard. This house has a range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. Renter is responsible for all the utility bills, including water & sewer, gas, cable, trash, electric, etc Renter is responsible for maintaining the yard and the flower beds. No smoking allowed inside. Two pets are allowed, and a pet fee will be required. The pet fee is $500. All pet waste must be picked up regularly. Street parking is allowed, however, limited.
