The screened enclosed porch has built-in roll-up hideaway storm shutters. $80 application fee per adult $100 lease administrative fee, if approved, charged on lease start date. 12-month lease Pets accepted at owner's discretion based upon breed and temperament and with monthly pet fee. Current breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog), German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff Breed, Malamutes, Cane Corso, Husky, Chow-chow, Any Wolf Hybrid and Great Danes. Serious inquiries only. Rental requirements Stable rental history No recent evictions, judgements or collections related to cost of living Stable source of income Income of 3 times the rent No recent criminal history Security deposit is equal to double rent amount Move in costs: First, double deposit & $100 administrative fee, if applicant meets all requirements, if not and you're approved you may have to pay additional deposits.
