We have two suites (with private bathrooms) available in a gated, fully furnished, peaceful single-family home. Our home is quiet, safe, and well maintained, with professional cleaning of shared areas every two weeks. All current tenants are respectful, friendly, and considerate, creating a welcoming and comfortable living environment. Each Room Includes: Lock and key Bed with mattress Desk, chair, nightstand, and lamp Amenities: Gated yard Free onsite parking High-speed Wi-Fi Shared living room Shared dining room Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, air fryer) Washer and dryer Requirements: No smoking, parties, or illegal drug use 1-year lease preferred Single occupant preferred (+$200/month for an additional person) Respect for others’ privacy and safety Background check and credit report required Location Highlights: 4 minutes to Walmart 5 minutes to Colonial Drive 10 minutes to Valencia College West Campus Rent & Availability: -$950/month Suite#1 (300 sqft, in-suite private bathroom, King-size bed, wooden floor, walk-in closet- rent may vary by lease term) -$850/month Suite#2 (140 sqft room, 60 sqft private bathroom, Queen-size bed, wooden floor, closet- rent may vary by lease term) Other Fees: Security deposit: one month’s rent $75 application fee No additional fees (Utility costs: Water, electricity, internet, parking, and lawn mowing fees incurred during the lease period shall be borne by the Landlord. If the Tenant engages in any high electricity consumption activities—such as charging electric bikes, using additional mini-fridges, cryptocurrency mining, operating servers, or using industrial-grade equipment—the Tenant shall be solely responsible for the full cost of the resulting electricity usage.
