Conveniently situated near Franklin Community Library, Toby Johnson Middle School, and Franklin High School, with easy access to both I-5 and Highway 99 for commuting and regional travel. Tenant responsible for all Utilities. Water, Sewer and Garbage will be billed back to Tenant's Ledger monthly. Tenant responsible for Landscaping upkeep. 2 small pets are welcome, under 40lbs. Tenants will be enrolled in a “Resident Benefits Package” ($25 per month on top of the rental price). Renters insurance is required. Must have 2 years' worth of positive rental verification references. Combined household income must be at least 3x of the monthly rent.
