Each unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. This particular unit has been freshly painted, a new dishwasher, and new flooring in the kitchen. Street parking is available. **We allow small pets with a $450 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $30/month pet fee. **Tenants are responsible for lawncare and snow removal. --------------------------------------------------------- Application information: - All prospective tenants (18 or older) must complete an application and pay the application fee. - A full credit and background check will be run on each applicant. - A $40.00 application fee is required. - The application fee is non-refundable!
