Each unit also includes a free storage locker, providing extra space to securely store your belongings at no additional cost. East Hillside, located minutes from downtown Duluth and Lake Superior's shoreline, is a vibrant neighborhood blending history, culture, and natural beauty. Known for its charming homes, tree-lined streets, and stunning lake views, it offers easy access to parks like Chester Park, local schools, medical facilities, and downtown amenities. The area features cozy cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops, fostering a welcoming community with a strong connection to its historical roots.
