So very disappointed in the apartment complex. Cleaning staff is terrible. Our lobby and stairwells are not very clean. Have complained many times with no change. New washing machines but laundry room dirty all the time. Have to clean up before doing laundry. Snow removal a problem this year. Not shoveled out till 8 pm. This makes it hard for people with walkers to get out and go to their doctor appointments. It is great that you allow dogs now. You made a dog park for them, but you can't get to it. So dogs pee on sidewalks and in the yards. We also have had them go in the hallways. Love our apartment, but to walk the halls it is so bad. New furniture put in areas never cleaned or dusted.
