I visited my grandma here and the building is only 2 years old. I walked into the mail room and it had a shopping cart, 2 flat beds and packages covering the mail boxes. When I got on the elevator, the rug was stained and when I got off on her floor and exited the elevator lobby the door had a lot of nicks and the hallway had gouges in the paint. The carpeting was gross and filthy. Overall very dirty but my grandma keeps her apartment very nice and clean. I took her dog out to the dog area and it has missing grass patches, dead lilac bushes, very tall weeds and I saw many cigarette butts. Very disappointing since its a relatively new building.
