Pebble Beach 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with views of the forest. Located in the Del Monte Forest, close to Monterey Peninsula Country Club. This home has approximately 1,865 square feet of living area, with all of the living space upstairs and the garage at the lower level. Most of the home features either newer laminate wood flooring (living room and dining area) or oak hardwood floors (all three bedrooms and the hallway). The living room is very spacious and features a wood burning fireplace with gas starter and views of the forest. Ample dining area off living room has access to a spacious patio and is also adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen has tile counters, a refrigerator, a self-cleaning electric range/oven, a dishwasher, and a disposal. All three bedrooms are fairly spacious, have lots of closet space, and the master bedroom has a built-in dressing table and an enclosed deck overlooking the forest at the front of the home. There is a hall bathroom with a shower over the tub and also a master bathroom with a dedicated bath and separate shower stall. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and an older washer and gas dryer have been left as a courtesy by the prior occupant (no warranty). The home has central heating. Two-car attached garage with automatic door opener is attached to the home and is accessible from the hallway stairwell. One-year lease. Rent includes basic gardening, basic garbage service and sewer. One small (30 lbs or less) allowed with increase to the security deposit + the rent.
