In particular, I would like to commend Amy, the property manager. She has been an absolute wonder, always willing to assist and address any issues with utmost urgency and professionalism. This apartment is great despite some issues like the towel rack falling off which maintance was able to fix, the staff were very polite and told us to use a air purifier for the popcorn ceiling, however the carpet was strong for my parents however I didn’t thing it was strong anyways but maybe my parents were sensitive I live in apartment 13G and it’s for CLE
