This apartment is great despite some issues like the towel rack falling off which maintance was able to fix, the staff were very polite and told us to use a air purifier for the popcorn ceiling, however the carpet was strong for my parents however I didn’t thing it was strong anyways but maybe my parents were sensitive I live in apartment 13G and it’s for CLE
