The updated kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, a self-cleaning free standing gas range/oven, dishwasher and disposal. All the rooms have wood floors except for the bathroom which has tile floors. There are two bedrooms just off the living room down a hallway. The first bedroom is to the left and has its own set of French doors that lead to the back yard with a queen size hideabed. The main bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and a tile stall shower in the ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom is down the hall on the right and features a shower over tub. At the end of the hall is the main bedroom, this room features another a queen size bed, full bath with a shower over tub and its own entrance to the back yard as well through a French door. With a one car garage and washer and dryer included, this house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Off-street parking is available in the driveway and on the street. The home is heated by forced air. The home has a fenced backyard that has almost all brick pavers, and the front yard is nicely landscaped.
