Major bus routes like 51, 54, 48 and 44 will quickly whisk you to downtown, uptown, CMU/UPitt, Southside, Mount Washington and more. There are lots of useful and interesting shops within walking distance; Miller ACE Hardware, several small grocery shops and haircut places, convenience stores, etc. By car, it feels like everything that matters is within a 5-10 minute drive; Aldi's, Shop-and-save, PNC, Northwest Bank, everything on Carson Street, Grandview Ave, and more. The kitchen is big and well laid out with lots of storage and counter space. The living room and bedroom are tall, beautiful and spacious with plenty of natural light. This unit also comes with both a private balcony and porch. Much of the wiring and plumbing has been replaced to provide a hassle-free living experience. Laundry is included (in the basement), and there are specific storage rooms in the basement for whoever occupies this unit. Overall, you will be pleasantly surprised by this place.
