The kitchen has an electric stove and refrigerator. Washer/Dryer is located on the main level. This home has a dual heating system. Gas forced air on the main floor and electric heat upstairs. Electric Hot Water heater. There are currently some window AC units for air conditioning provided at the property, but they are only there for the convenience of the tenant.
