The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar seating for three, and everything you need for cooking at home. A washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away in the pantry closet. Off the kitchen, the screened-in back porch feels like a second living room- complete with a dining table for four and two comfortable chairs perfect for slow mornings or evening cocktails. The modern bathroom, located just off the living room and kitchen area, features a sleek vanity, shelving for storage, and a beautifully tiled shower with a glass door. Both bedrooms open onto the front porch, where you’ll find classic Charleston rocking chairs and a lounge chair for soaking in the Lowcountry breeze. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, dresser, smart TV, and a decorative exposed-brick fireplace that adds a touch of historic warmth. The second bedroom features a queen bed , smart TV, and ample storage. Just beyond your doorstep, you’ll find some of Charleston’s favorite spots- Leon’s Oyster Shop, Little Jack’s Tavern, Melfi’s, and Graft Wine Bar- all within walking distance, along with Ethos Athletic Club and beautiful Hampton Park. The Cypress Suite is the perfect home base for an extended Charleston stay- offering comfort, style, and that quintessential local charm. Street parking is available directly in front of the property. - Small, hypoallergenic dogs under 30 lbs may be considered with a $250 pet fee. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
