A small detached one-car garage with an automatic opener is also included. Rent covers water, sewer, trash, recycling, and lawn care, including mowing, aeration, and fertilization. The yard has an installed sprinkler system, and the backyard includes a dedicated garden area for those who enjoy gardening. Tenants are responsible for routine weeding in both the front and back yards and will share snow removal duties with neighboring residents. Tenants pays for Gas, Electricity, Internet, and Cable.
