Our spacious units are also great for roommates! Please note our pet policy includes a $600 deposit and pet fee, with a limit of two pets (under 65lbs) and certain breed restrictions. Pet rent is $35.00 per pet. All service and companion animals require certification and an approval interview. Renters insurance is required upon move-in, or it can be obtained for $15.00 per month.
