As you walk in you are greeted to an open-plan living area that is bright and welcoming. The living room offers ample space and a balcony allowing sunlight to flood in and a cozy spot to enjoy and unwind! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as granite countertops, and a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar, perfect for quick meals or entertaining guests. For your convenience, the main floor also features a spacious half bathroom/laundry room with washer and dryer included and plenty of storage space. Upstairs enjoy both bedrooms, one complete with expansive deck for even more outdoor living space, as well as a large walk in closet. The full bathroom, complete with granite countertops and a beautiful tile bathtub surround, is also located upstairs. This property is pet friendly under our standard pet policy: two pet maximum, weight not to exceed 35lbs, breed restrictions apply. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet fee per pet. Tenant responsible for electricity.
