Originally built as the White Star Steam Laundry Company in 1909, this piece of Lynchburg history has been repurposed into 27 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature quartz countertops, exposed interior brick and block walls and bar joist ceilings, large industrial steel windows, polished concrete floors, white oak hardwood floors, and exposed spiral ductwork. Washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers are included in every apartment. A fitness room and community-use grill are available 24/7 to all residents. Each resident is provided their own private internet network, which is included in rent. White Star Flats is access controlled with security cameras and keyless entry on every apartment door for quick and easy access. We are located in the heart of downtown, just across the street from Lynchburg Community Market and within minutes of Lynchburg's incredible trail system.
