We have a 24/7 fitness room so you avoid the gym dues, and a community-use grill should you grow tired of cooking in your oven/on your stove. Water and trash removal are included in rent. This apartment includes the preferred bar island kitchen layout which eliminates the need for a kitchen table. (An additional window was added to the bedroom that is not reflected in some of our photos.) There is NO amenity fee and every apartment includes in-unit laundry.
