Originally constructed in 1898 and operated by the Imperial Tobacco Company as a tobacco manufacturing facility and warehouse, the initial purpose and character of the building has not been lost to our design but rather integrated into it. Raw industrial materials and incorporated historical structures are complimented by polished contemporary finishes and appliances, which make every floor plan in the building unique. Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, maple and cherry cabinets, in-suite washer and dryers, a 24 hour gym and indoor bicycle storage.
