I have lived here for almost a year now and I have had a great experience. I feel like when people have good experiences they are less likely to write reviews and it may not reflect the true nature of the place. So, I thought I would write a review from my experience. Just last week, I had an issue with the guest house. Amy contacted me after our guests had issues to resolve it directly with me. Amy and Stacey were both very understanding and we were able to resolve the issue without any problems. It was a learning experience for everyone and they even stated that they saw some of the faults on their end as well. Amy is willing to admit when there are issues on their end. Amy has always been polite to me and my family. Maintenance is also amazing and always comes quickly to repair any issues we have had. Parking really isn't an issue for us and we have two cars, one without the extra tag. We always find a visitor slot for our car and there are truly plenty to go around. I feel like the apartment managers do a good job in communicating to all residents. After reading several of the reviews, I feel that it is from those who may not have returned apartments to the managers in the way that is expected. I have lived in many military housing prior to this and had similar reviews from previous tenants in those housing. I was terrified upon move out of those military housing places to find out that it is truly about returning the apartment in the way that you would expect it (clean floors, windows, walls, etc.). When I moved from military housing, I had no issues because I work hard to make my apartment a place that can move the next resident in quickly just like I would expect my tenants who are renting our home to do as well. I doubt I will have any issues at move out and if I do I will update my review. Again, great place to live. Great managers who truly care about their tenants and are always responsive.
