Cliffs Edge Lofts is an extraordinary example of urban redevelopment. Named for its outstanding location atop a 50’ cliff overlooking the James River. Close to Lynchburg’s finest restaurants, stores, entertainment venues and spectacular outdoor activities. Cliffs Edge Lofts is adjacent to the Blackwater Creek Trail. We have a $99.00 monthly amenity fee, in addition to your base rent amount. Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, maple and cherry cabinets, in-suite washer and dryers, a 24 hour gym, high speed internet, outdoor gazebo area with a grill, bicycle storage, water usage and trash removal. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PETS We do allow pets (2 maximum), no breed restrictions, but we have a 75lb weight (total weight) limit and a $250 fee for the first pet and a $150 fee for the 2nd. There is an additional monthly pet fee of $25. SHORT LEASE TERMS OFFERED AS FOLLOW – add the following percent to base rent: - 8-10 months add 10% - 6-7 months add 15% - 4-5 month add 2

Living at the Cliffs Edge lofts for a year was a great experience. Ride the elevator down and you are right on the Blackwater trail. The inside parking garage kept my car clean. The high ceilings make this place unique to other lofts in downtown Lynchburg.
