We have a $99.00 monthly amenity fee, in addition to your base rent amount. Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, maple and cherry cabinets, in-suite washer and dryers, a 24 hour gym, high speed internet, outdoor gazebo area with a grill, bicycle storage, water usage and trash removal. Living at the Cliffs Edge lofts for a year was a great experience. Ride the elevator down and you are right on the Blackwater trail. The inside parking garage kept my car clean. The high ceilings make this place unique to other lofts in downtown Lynchburg.
