The modern kitchen is equipped with modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and stone countertops. Three bathrooms have been updated. Good sized bedrooms with ample closet space for each. Huge Back yard big enough for fire pit, cook outs, etc. Pets are allowed inside the bedroom in an enclosure, cage, aquarium tank, fish, bird turtle, etc. Utilities not included. Each tenant pays 1/5 the utilities. Gas for stove, heat and hot water. Required are acceptable credit scores and references. Move in costs are first, last, and security, payable over time. No smoking. NO Finder Fees.
