This is a very nice 3 bedroom and 2 bath home that is the back house on the Cavaletto farm in Somis. The home sits just off 118 Los Angeles Ave and is convenient to Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura or even Moorpark. This home is nicely situated and nicely built. It is newer and so it has newer heating and AC and windows and insulation and all the things you don’t see in pictures that make the home comfortable. The home has two assigned parking spots. The home IS on the property of an active farm and so there is dust and machines and farm activity in the area. There is no traditional internet to this home so it is through a satelite service that is very reliable but not perfect. Most cell phone services work but the internet is more reliable. If you have a pet we will consider it; the concern is the home is on a working farm so we would just need to discuss if your pet would be happy there. 1 year lease minimum Renter to cover renter’s insurance Pets to be considered (indoor) $250 for monthly utilities (power, gas, trash & sewer)
