This lovely 4 Bedroom 3 Bath home has tons of closet space and a flex room upstairs that could be used as an extra living space. Upon entry of the home there is a living room that is great for entertaining guests and hosting gatherings. The home has an extra bedroom downstairs for over night guests. Outside on the back side of the home is a private patio area and sliding glass door. The owner's suite with private bathroom is on the entry level and on the corner of the house which allows for a lot of privacy. The top level has the remaining bedrooms and a oversized loft area. The home has a one car garage. This location is close to downtown Fountain Inn, I-385, and local shopping centers. Small dogs allowed with approval from the owner and a $300 pet deposit. Renters Insurance is required Schools: Bryson Elementary, Bryson Middle, Hillcrest High School Agent: Natalie Emory Disclaimer: If your application is accepted you will be charged a $190.00 administration fee at the time of moving into the property. This fee is a one time fee and is per household. Before final approval can be obtained, you will be required to submit a pet application through a 3rd-party pet screening company and provide photos of your pet and vaccination records (There is a fee of $30.00/per pet per year for this service).
