Nestled at the bottom of this gently sloping 2 acre parcel this free standing studio sized home is the most quaint and charming space with a tremendous feeling of privacy. This is a spacious studio with high ceilings and large picture windows which brings the natural surrounding in to this tranquil space. Having most of its living area on the ground level is a plus; at entry is a large tiled living room space, a mini kitchen area with countertops, a stainless steel sink, a mid sized refrigerator. A nice sized interior bathroom is right off the kitchen however the shower is outdoors in a private nook. The wrap around covered patio is a great space to enjoy and it also leads you to the outdoor shower and a small closet for a stackable washer/dryer that tenant may provide on their own. There is a loft with windows up a flight of stairs that can be used as the bedroom if you choose or as additional storage area. Also on this property is the main house where the owners live part of the year, and an additional studio apartment at the top of the property which is currently occupied. Being a good, quiet, and respectful tenant is a must. The Owners will want to meet and/or Zoom with prospective tenants to insure a friendly, cohesive experience for all on property. With any property that is shared with others there are some natural overlapping areas such as entry driveways, mailbox, trash cans, yard space, laundry room, etc. However Tenants will be expected to enjoy and maintain their private areas immediately surrounding the unit making sure not to impede on others personal spaces. Sorry, no pets. Tenants for this studio may park in their designated graveled spot with space for 1 car. A short walk down to the studio (uncovered) is needed to access the studio from its parking space. There is only one water meter and electric meter for this property so a reasonable split on usage will be determined and billed separately each month between the 3 dwellings on property. Tenants will be responsible for their own internet/cable, and pest control.
