Renovated and furnished tastefully, The York House Garden is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living room will soon become your go-to spot for winding down and spending time with loved ones. Access your favorite streaming channels, or play some tunes while you get some work done from home. Just beyond the living and dining areas, a full size kitchen can be found with with grey quartz countertops, a full size stove, fridge and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. The first bedroom features a Queen size bed, with a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a dresser. Down the hall, a full bath with a spacious shower-tub combination. The second bedroom towards the middle of the apartment boasts a King Size bed, two closets and plenty of storage. Across the hall, another full-size bathroom with a large standing shower. Extended stays (or traveling with little ones) are a breeze with a washer and dryer found inside the unit. What is parking like for this home? Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Guests should be aware of the posted Sweep Zone signs. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed Bedroom 2: King Size Bed We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
