Hardwood floors throughout, central heat and air, fenced back yard with patio, stainless steel Samsung kitchen appliances (side-by-side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, sprayer, range/oven and built-in overhead microwave). Separate utility room with electric washer and dryer hookups, additional storage in the HVAC closet in the garage. Each unit includes a one car garage and two additional parking spaces in front of your unit. Additional parking is limited to the cul-de-sac near your unit.
