These basement offices are located just north of downtown within Habitation Realty's world headquarters. Highly suitable for quiet environments!! Our building was designed by the legendary Tucson architect Henry Jaastad, and was completely renovated and repurposed in 2018. These spaces are work-only and not zoned for residential use. It is not a studio apartment. For your business we offer: - A prestigious business address with 24/7 access - Receptionist to greet your clients M-F, 12-5pm - We are able to sign for deliveries, and serve as a client pickup/drop off location - Professional mailing and business address - FREE Wi-Fi - Access to a full kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances - Parking is FREE and within steps of the building entrance - Three hours of conference room access per month - All utilities are included We do charge a $55 per person application fee, and all potential tenants must pass a credit, criminal, and prior eviction screening. There is a $200 refundable deposit, a $150 non-refundable leasing fee, and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
