This renovated one bedroom/one bath apartment has beautiful light wood laminate floors, white shaker kitchen cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, slide-in glass topped stove, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has LVF flooring, vanity/sink, LED lighting, and large tri-paneled medicine cabinet. Unit also comes with 2 closets (1 walk-in), an in-unit washer/dryer, as well ceiling fans. Unit also has energy efficient vinyl windows, along with white 2" cordless window blinds. Apartment comes with a small private fenced backyard and a dedicated onsite parking space. There is plenty of on-street guest parking available out front. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent (amounts determined by size/breed). Electric & water are separately metered; garbage and pest control are an additional $10/month. There is a $35.00 application/background check fee which is used to run a credit/criminal background check, income verification of 3x the monthly rent and rental history verification. Upon approval, the security deposit of 1 month of rent is immediately payable to reserve the unit. Upon lease signing, the 1st month's rent is payable. 7 - 12 month leases options available.
