The building is four blocks from Stadium Armory Metro and approximately seven blocks from Potomac Avenue Metro. There are two Capital Bikeshare stations within 1-1/2 blocks. There is no off-street parking, but there is usually street parking available; you just need to register your car in DC and you will get a zone 6 sticker. $1,325 + utilities (tenant pays for heat, but water/sewer is included in the rent). Building is wired for Comcast. Great value for the price. No dogs or smoking, please. Indoor cats are allowed with $300 pet deposit. (Note: There is no laundry on site.
