The basement has a small second living room with built-in recessed cabinets and the updated half-bath. There is a crawl space in the basement that gives a large amount of storage. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. The home was built in 1899, it is in School District 2, and it does not have AC. Owner will permit 2 small pets that are no less than 12 months old.
