About Christie Drive
Searching for a roommate for one of my 3 bedrooms in a 2 floor townhome. Rent term would be negotiable, minimum of 7 months. Bedroom has a closet, dresser, and desk. You would have a private bathroom. I have 2 cats, my ideal roomie would love cats, and not mind watching them while I am out of town (I would pay for pet sitting). No additional pets please. I keep a clean, quiet, and respectful space. I live with my partner Milan in the master room, you would be living in the larger of the 2 spare rooms. Remaining room will be turned into an office space for my parter starting October. There will be 3 of us total living in this space. Large kitchen, kitchen dining area, half bathroom downstairs, and outside patio with table and chairs. Upstairs are all the bedrooms, washer and dryer upstairs as well. There is a community pool steps away from my unit. Townhome is close to Madeira, and Indian Rocks Beach, and 30 minute drive to Tampa. Security deposit along with first 2 weeks upfront before check-in. This is the trial period to see if we would work as long term roommates before a rental agreement is signed. No big parties, no smoking, no guests without prior communication. This is a shoe free home. I strive to create a peaceful calm atmosphere.
