Copper Ridge is located within steps of Oklahoma City University, near the Uptown 23rd District, a short walk to the Plaza District, Paseo Arts District and downtown OKC. There is a $15 per month laundry access fee. We cover water, trash and sewage. Residents pay for electric and internet/cable. This is a pet friendly community. Breed and size restrictions apply. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet -- 2 pets max. Please note, while we welcome all, we regret to inform that we do not accept Section 8 or vouchers. First floor apartment. Photos are professionally taken to showcase the home as accurately and clearly as possible. Appearance may vary slightly in person due to lighting, camera angles, and screen settings.
