Unprofessional management staff. Impossible to get anyone from Kevo to answer the phone for you. Between the ghosting/passive-aggressiveness of “property coordinators” and the property manager who (after giving up on the coordinators) I had immediately reached out to and never got any sort of acknowledgment from when I had COVID and had to miss work/income due quarantining, the A/C maintenance issue that took weeks and multiple visits to repair which resulted in water-damaged personal and company electronic equipment along with sleepless nights, and gunshots in the unsecured parking lot in broad daylight, I recommend looking to live somewhere else.
