If you are hosting a party with more than the guests who are sleeping over, there is an additional fee which I work out with you once you message me. Family friendly park yards away with playground. Forest preserve less than a mile away for walking Fido. Film crews and photographers welcome. The Golden Palace has been used for model shoots as well as commercials. A full-length feature film will be shot here this fall. Your host knows a fabulous yoga and massage expert who can help you host a spiritual event or simply give you a beautiful personalized massage. We also have a baby sitter and chef (both with stellar recommendations) in case you need one. Extra charges apply. Guest Access You will have access to the entire first floor. I will be the quiet little troll in the basement who is there if you need me, but will stay out of your way. Interaction with Guests I will be there to offer help. But I like to be a non-entity. Not because I am not social. Only so you feel like the house is your own. The Neighborhood My neighborhood is great. Steps away from a playground and less than a mile away from a forest preserve. You may see them roaming around in my fenced in yard. They can come and go as you please. You may wind up with a cozy kitty at your feet at night.
