This charming 2 bedroom home is located just north of Drake University. The home makes you feel like you're in a cozy cabin with wood plank walls. There is a large living room on the main level with one bedroom, a full bathroom, and the kitchen with a back door to the good sized back yard. The entire upstairs is another bedroom. There is an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer and entryway to the attached 2 car garage. Pets allowed up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent. Tenant pays all utilities.
