–Bethesda, MD rent climbed $110, settling at $2,300, and up 3 spots to dethrone Arlington’s as the most expensive in the metro.
–Arlington, VA dropped to second with rent falling $70 to $2,270.
–Washington D.C ranked as third with one bedrooms priced at $2,240.

–Frederick, MD rent grew $10 to $1,310 but stayed the most affordable.
–Silver Spring, MD was second with rent at $1,710.
–Rockville, MD saw rent grow $10 to $1,750 but remain the third least expensive.
