While Green Lake and Roosevelt had some of the fastest growing rents since last quarter, both up over 10%, Cedar Park and Sunset Hill had the biggest rent dips, down 11% and 13%, respectively.

Although Pike Place Market ($2,300), Belltown ($2,100) and Central Business District ($2,100) continued to be the most expensive neighborhoods to rent this summer, Westlake, Portage Bay, and Adams were other notably pricy areas as well. More affordable neighborhoods, with rentals priced less than $1,400, could be found in Brighton, Phinney Ridge, and Harrison – Denny Blaine.
