Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Bellevue, WA reclaimed its spot as the most expensive city with rent growing 2.1% to $1,970.
–Seattle, WA was second with rent at $1,870.
–Kirkland, WA followed suit as third with rent at $1,820.
Le moins cher
–Lakewood, WA rent, though growing $40 last month to $830, remained the most affordable in the metro.
–University Place & Marysville, WA tied for second with rents at $870.
–Auburn, WA ranked as third with rent at $900.

–Bellevue, WA was second with rent climbing 9.4% since this time last year.
–Kirkland, WA followed closely behind with a 9% yearly growth rate.
