Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Bellevue, WA rent remained the most expensive in the metro at $1,990.
–Kirkland & Seattle, WA tied for second with one bedrooms priced at $1,960.
–Redmond, WA was third with rent at $1,830.

–Marysville, WA became the most affordable city in the metro with rent at $890.
–University Place, WA ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $910.
–Lakewood, WA was third with rent just shy of $1,000 at $990.
Growth Rate

–Burien, WA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.5%.
–Kirkland & Kent, WA tied for second with prices both climbing 15.3%.
–Lakewood, WA had the third largest year over year rental growth rate, both increasing 15.1%.
