Cities Ranked By Rent

Le plus cher
–Bellevue, WA rent dropped to $2,070 but remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Kirkland, WA moved up two spots to become the second priciest city with rent at $1,930.
–Seattle, WA dropped to third with one bedrooms priced at $1,900.

-Marysville, WA continued to rank as the least expensive city with rent at $910.
–Lakewood, WA saw rent fall $50 to $950 but remain the second most affordable city.
–University Place, WA was third with rent at $1,030.
Growth Rate

–Everett, WA saw rent climb 8.8%, making it second.
–Tacoma, WA followed closely behind as third with rent growing 8.7% since this time last year.
