Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–San Francisco, Californie rent reached a new peak of $3,720 last month and continued to rank as the most expensive city.
–Mountain View, CA remained the second priciest with rent at $3,450.
–Palo Alto, CA ranked as third with one bedrooms priced at $3,150.
The Least Expensive
–Vallejo, CA saw rent climb $30 to $1,410 but stay the most affordable city.
–Santa Rosa, CA remained the second least expensive, though rent grew $50 to $1,650.
–Concord, CA dropped to third with rent falling $30 to $1,720.
Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Palo Alto, CA had the fastest growing rent, up 11.7% since this time last year.
–Richmond, CA saw rent climb 8.4%, making it second.
–Burlingame, CA rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 7.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Sunnyvale & Walnut Creek, CA tied for the city with the fastest growing rent last month, both up 5.1%.
–Burlingame, CA was second with rent growing 4.9%.
–Napa, CA followed closely behind with rent climbing 4.8%.
