Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–West Linn, OR rent dropped $50 since last month to $1,420 but continued to be the most expensive in the metro.
–Portland, Oregon remained the second priciest city with rent staying steady since last month at $1,350.
–Lake Oswego, OR was close behind as third with rent at $1,330.

–Oregon City, OR fell one spot to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $950.
–Forest Grove, OR rent outpaced Oregon City’s to become the second least expensive at $970.
– Tigard, OR rent, although growing $10 since last month to $1,010, stayed the third least expensive.
Growth Rate

–Happy Valley, OR, similar to last month, had the largest yearly rental growth rate, up 12.3%.
–Lake Oswego, OR rent had the second biggest bump, climbing 10.8% since this time last year.
–Forest Grove, OR followed closely behind as third with rent up 10.2%.
