Portland Metro Report: November 2017

The Zumper Portland Metro Report analyzed active listings in October across 13 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Oregon state median rent last month was $1,025.

Portland, Oregon rent ranked as the most expensive in the metro at $1,350.

Tualatin, OR was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,310.

Lake Oswego, OR followed suit as third with rent at $1,260.

Oregon City, OR was the most affordable city in the metro with rent at $930.

Forest Grove, OR rent dropped 5% to $950 and ranked as the second least expensive.

– Tigard, OR was third with rent at an even $1,000.

Gresham, OR was the second fastest growing, climbing 10.3%.

Happy Valley, OR ranked as third with rent up 9.9%.
