–Portland, Oregon rent ranked as the most expensive in the metro at $1,350.
–Tualatin, OR was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,310.
–Lake Oswego, OR followed suit as third with rent at $1,260.

–Oregon City, OR was the most affordable city in the metro with rent at $930.
–Forest Grove, OR rent dropped 5% to $950 and ranked as the second least expensive.
– Tigard, OR was third with rent at an even $1,000.
Growth Rate

–Gresham, OR was the second fastest growing, climbing 10.3%.
