–Portland, Oregon saw rent drop $30 to $1,350 but remain the most expensive city.
–Happy Valley, OR moved up one spot, outpacing Lake Oswego, to rank as the second priciest city with rent growing $20 to $1,330.
–Lake Oswego, OR dropped to third with rent falling $20 to $1,320.

–Forest Grove, OR continued to rank as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,020.
–Gresham & Milwaukie, OR tied for the second least expensive with rents both at $1,060.
–Oregon City, OR followed closely behind with rent at $1,100.
