–Portland, Oregon stayed the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,370.
–Happy Valley, OR rent dropped $10 to $1,320 but continued to reign as the second priciest in the metro.
–Lake Oswego, OR ranked as third with rent at $1,280.

-Forest Grove, OR remained the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,020.
–Gresham & Oregon City, OR tied for the second least expensive with rents both at $1,100.
–Tualatin, OR followed closely as third with rent at $1,110.
